After discussing some technical details with Hatem, we concluded that we won't need any force leverage because we don't need large force since we are using the flywheel as a force (torque) storage unit.

Here's a quick report about the operation of the mechanism, If we agreed on this idea, Me and Hatem can make a 3D movie illustrating how it works.

Power Generation using a flywheel and a gearbox

Components:

1. Motor
2. 4-speed gearbox
3. flywheel
4. generator

Steps:

1. Motor is operated using electricity, where the shaft rotates @1400 rpm.

2. A driving gear is directly attached to the driving shaft.

3. Using a gearbox to transmit torque and angular velocity to a flywheel (the gearbox is used to reduce the starting torque required to rotate the flywheel).

4. The shaft from the gearbox is attached to a flywheel of appropriate mass.

5. The flywheel is used to:

i. Preserve Energy.
ii. Reduce Variation in angular speed.
iii. Reduce torque required by the motor to rotate the generator coil.

6. The shaft from the flywheel is attached to a generator to rotate @4200 rpm.

7. The generator produces electricity.

As I said before the idea is feasible electrically, so we can start working on it if you all agree on this idea...

The mechanical feasibility has yet some details to be discussed, coz the issue is hard to imagine be other people.

Just start working, and I'll be ready tonight with the final picture in my head, and gonna explain it to you...
